Training

New technicians receive the benefit of on-the-job mentoring by Top Technicians who have been through specialized training programs. Training never stops though, with regular updates on equipment, online learning programs, and regular trips to manufacturers training facilities. Our technicians are continually fine-tuning their skills and keeping on top of the latest changes in the industry.

At Heritage, we guide all technicians to achieve Master Technician status, as defined so that they are well equipped to meet our customers needs, and to exceed industry standards. The Certified Master program involves schooling, testing and manufacturer training, which challenge our technicians to take their skills to the next level.
