About Us

Choquette CKS, a division of Heritage Food Service Group of Canada, is one of the largest service providers for the food service industry in eastern Canada. We have over 100 years of history, and our licensed, factory-trained technicians minimize downtime and prioritize urgent service. In addition, we have an extensive support team to drive service excellence and we maintain a sizable inventory of OEM parts. We are the industry leader in Canada, and we care beyond service!

What we are looking for

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! The CSRs at Choquette CKS are the first point of contact for the customer, so their main priority is to welcome them, hear their concerns, and leave them with the confidence that they have been listened to and that they will be looked after. The day goes by quickly in this fast-paced environment. There's always something to learn and this keeps the job fresh and challenging!

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with an interest in optimizing processes and delivering high-quality work. Strong interpersonal skills are absolutely essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to be careful, articulate, and accurate.

What you need to be successful:

  • 2-3 years of previous office experience and customer service experience preferred

  • Bilingual French and English language skills are required

  • Superior communication skills when dealing with challenging service calls

  • Excellent computer skills; savvy with new ERP programs and MS Office (Excel);

  • Typing speed of 50-60 wpm

  • Excellent attention to detail; accurate and efficient with data entry

  • Need strong memory retention - we service over 300 manufacturers and 1000's customers

  • Geographically savvy; has better than a basic understanding of Eastern Ontario

  • Flexible and able to participate in the on-call rotation and be available outside of office hours
