Your role will require you to utilize your industry knowledge to service complex refrigeration equipment while providing exceptional customer service. You will participate in ongoing professional training. You will be exposed to a variety of equipment, including ice machines, beverage units, blast chillers, freezers, reach-in coolers, etc. You will be responsible for interacting with our valued customers and our internal Service Team in a professional manner.
